CORONA No. 3 FOLDING PORTABLE TYPEWRITER This small folding machine with three-row keyboard was made in 1919. The Corona 3 model was designed by Frank Rose and his son and marketed in 1907. It was very successful and continued in production until 1942. As for the most Corona typewriters from this period, the platen has hardened so we recommend using second sheet of paper as backing. Still has original Corona rubber feet in a good condition. Standard Pica font - 10 characters per inch. The typewriter is clean and works very well, only red colour setting is slightly out of adjustment - please see the photo with type sample. This model is more suitable for occasional typing, small projects, letters etc. Comes with original plywood case and printed copy of manual. Please zoom in the photos and see demonstration video. It is always better to see it on the computer/tablet screen, rather than on a mobile. Will be securely wrapped for postage. Thank you for viewing.
