How do you send your typewriters and posters? How much is the postage?

We use DPD "next working day delivery" service to post our typewriters.

The price of postage to UK mainland is included in price of the product.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do. Please contact us before purchasing the item and we will be happy to give you a quote based on the product(s) purchased and your postcode. 

Can I collect myself?

Yes, you can. We are flexible with collection dates and times but need at least 24 hours notice to get your item(s) ready for collection, so please contact us prior to collection.

Do you have a showroom I could visit?

No, we don't, but we may organise for you to view some product(s). Feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the details. 

Can I send my own courier to collect the item(s)?

Yes, you can. We are happy to liaise with the courier of your choice. 

Do you send abroad?

We currently do not send goods abroad, so you would need to arrange for delivery/customs clearance yourself.

How long can you keep the item for me before I collect?

We appreciate swift collections as can't store sold items due to limited storage space.
Please contact us prior to buying if you are not able to collect your item within 10 days from the date of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments by PayPal only.
Cash on collection is also as option - please contact us if you wish to choose that form of payment.

Are the prices negotiable?

Yes, they are. Please feel free to contact us with your query and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What to expect from vintage item?

Expect quality, expect eco-friendly, expect unique, expect character and soul. Do not expect new :). 

How do you process my payment and is it safe?

We are using widely recognisable and buyer safely payment processor - PayPal.

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind for any reason then please inform us by email ( within 14 days of receiving delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item in original condition for a full refund. We do not refund delivery charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (equivalent to the original delivery charge), unless an item is found to be faulty or not as described. We strongly advise to use a shipping insurance for returns as can't be held accountable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via their parties. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded.

How long does it take to get a refund?

It depends on payment method.
PayPal sends refunds back through the same payment method used for original transaction, it can take different amounts of time for the funds to show up. PayPal account balance: same day. Bank account: up to 5 days. Credit or debit card: up to 30 days.
