OLYMPIA SM WORKING TYPEWRITER A German medium-sized portable typewriter from the early 1950s. Serial number: 82189 This is a rather early example of post-war Olympia's SM series, recognised as SM1. Larger PICA typeface no. 12 (10 CPI). The green crinkle paint finish looks great with chromed stripes and elegant embossed Olympia logo. The typewriter is in very good cosmetic condition and in working order. Normal age and use related wear are present. Complete with carrying case (not perfect but fully functional), new ribbon on metal spools and "Instructions For the Use and Care of the Olympia Portable Typewriter" (which is not for this exact model but for very similar Olympia's portables from the same era and with similar features).
