REMINGTON MODEL 5 PORTABLE TYPEWRITER A stunning collectable vintage typewriter with glossy finish and beautiful chrome key rings. This model was made in Canada in 1937. Standard QWERTY keyboard with PICA typeface (10 CPI). Carriage shift mechanism. The machine has been tested, it is in very good working condition, clean and ready for use. The typewriter has normal signs of age and use and couple of scratches to the metal casing. COMPLETE WITH: - new ribbon on original metal spools - carrying case (it has some rust and one of the catches is damaged) - photocopy of the "Operating Instructions for the Remington Streamlined Portable Models 5 and 5T". - vintage typewriter oiler - vintage metal ribbon tin -original vintage Remington typewriter oil (we do not recommend using it - sold only for decorative purposes / collector item) Please zoom in the photos and see demonstration video.
