SMITH - CORONA SILENT 1S SERIES MANUAL TYPEWRITER A stunning vintage portable typewriter made in USA. This seems to be model from the mid 1930s. Glossy finish in burgundy/maroon colour. Pica typeface (10 characters per inch). Basket-shift mechanism. The typewriter is clean and in great working order It has some wear and tear and a few scratches/chips to the paintwork. Typing is very smooth and easy. Complete with original carrying case which also have normal signs of age and use. - new ribbon on metal spools Please zoom in the photos and see demonstration video.
