VINTAGE OAK DESK BY WAKE AND DEAN A single pedestal British desk from the late 1930s. Featuring five drawers with wooden dividers, and a flip up side leaf, which can be used to extend the top of the desk. Made from solid oak and oak veneers, with original brass handles. Side leaf supports don't work very smoothly, one of them needs to be pull a bit harder to close up. All drawers run well. Comes with working key. The overall condition is very good, the desk is solid and sturdy. There would be age and use related wear, marks, small scratches or stains. Drawers have old, wood effect, self adhesive covering.
