OLIVETTI LETTERA 22 PORTABLE TYPEWRITER IN GREY Ser. No. S7 42437 The Olivetti Lettera 22 is one of the most popular typewriter of all times. This is iconic, really beautiful, well made and reliable machine. This example was made in Great Britain by Olivetti Glasgow. It seems to be early model from 1950s with an acute accent/grave accent key ("dead key" used to attach a specific diacritic to a base letter), and it is rarely seen on the market. This machine has been tested, works really well, is clean and ready to type. Typing action is very smooth, and when compared to other typewriters very quiet. It is perfect machine for writers and journalists. Please refer to the photographs. Comes with newly fitted black and red ribbon, Instructions for use, dust cover, carrying case (as in almost all Lettera's typewriters case shows some wear and tear), and two cleaning brushes in a metal case.
